“Our room had a musty smell to it that was very strong. We also noticed that the smoke detector had been removed which seemed concerning”

“The room was extremely musty smelling. The bathroom floor was wet and very humid. I did ask for a different room and they accommodate immediately. The next morning I was trying to check out and the poor young lady was not able. She was new and had to call someone to assist her. I waited for about 45 minutes and finally left. She told me she would check me out. I did get a receipt later on that day around 3pm. Will avoid this hotel when passing through Gulfport.”

“The room i stayed in is in need of maintenance. Sink and counter are broke, sink light switch falling out of the wall, shower curtain rod is falling down, food left in refrigerator and the door of the fridge was covered in rust. Vending machine wasnt working either. Front desk person only accepted cash or cash app for the snacks and drinks she was selling from behind the counter. Will not stay there again and will not recommend for anyone to stay at either. Tried to check out 6:50am just to find……

“Where do I start, entered the room and the temperature was 62, ok I get it, but then I tried to lock our door and it would not lock, so I tried to call the front office, but the phone did not work, so I checked the rest of the room, tv did not work, floors were dirty, sheets were stained, sand in shower. So with the list I went to the office and reported the findings, I was escorted back with a guy and his grandson and the man checked the room, while his grandson was trying to go thru our items……

“The rooms were clean and the staff was really friendly. The breakfast bar was good although I feel it could be expanded a bit for the children. There is also plenty of parking at this establishment. Very quiet and the beds were comfortable and it is in a great location. However, I feel that this hotel could use some updates to the rooms and the building itself. For example, The pool floor needs to be refinished. My kids came back to the room after swimming with blue paint chips in their hair.……

“The location is too close to road so that it's convenient but noisy. Laundry environment is not very clean. We gave up to use the washing machine since somebody left cloth in it for a long time. The bathtub got stuck but was fixed soon.”
