“Everything about this hotel was great from the front desk to the bar!! We will be back!!”

“The staff were extremely professional, warm, and welcoming throughout my stay! I would especially like to express my heartfelt thanks to Juan at The Level reception on the 26th floor. He went above and beyond to help me resolve an early check-out and refund issue. His kindness, patience, and professionalism made a huge difference and solved a major problem during my trip. Thank you so much, Juan! You truly made my travel experience much easier and better. I sincerely appreciate everything you……

“入住时特意要求需要安静房间，接待帅哥说房间十分安静。入住后发现：房间半地下，有车辆、行人经过都会有声响，尤其当有轨电车经过时……😡😡😡😡，窗户无法关闭严实，有缝隙，室内窗台全是灰尘！很不好的一次住宿体验！晚上噪音吵的睡不着，早上5点钟再被噪音吵醒点评该住宿😡😡😡😡”

“Nice, clean room & very convenient! The only issue was the Keurig coffee maker in our room wouldn’t stay shut to brew coffee so we had to hold it down to make it work. The guide on the tv didn’t show up the first night but somehow was fine the next day.”

“Came into town for a concert and to catch a Vikings football game. When I arrived at the hotel, I was early, and they asked me to wait until 3:00. Before long, there were 10 people behind me in line, and no one moved to bring additional help to handle the guests. I waited 15 minutes, and I'm sure that others waited even longer. While that was frustrating, my overall experience with the hotel……

“We loved our stay. Easy walk to and from US Bank Stadium. Food and bars within walking distance, even more within a 1 mile range. We did not use on site parking but a parking garage that was across the street and reasonably priced. Rooms are clean and updated and the beds are very comfortable. We will stay here again.”

“Our room was great for a couple of Adults. Would definitely stay again.”
