"The room door was jammed. I couldn’t even stay here because I didn’t feel comfortable knowing the door wouldn’t lock. And the tv is very outdated. When I turned the tv on it said no connection. Will not be coming back here again. However they did offer me a full refund and I’m grateful."

"We arrived with a power outage. The staff did the best they could. When the power did finally come on the next day, it wasn’t the cleanest. In addition, they are having payment issues with Expedia. Overall, the staff was kind. "

"The hotel is very nice. We Pick this hotel for the park n fly. Kevin the shuttle driver is awesome, had him several times now and always very pleasant and informative. The front desk staff were very accommodating as we had some family join us in the lounge. Thank you."
