“I do not recommend this hotel for anyone coming for Umrah or visiting the Holy Mosque. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because it advertised a complimentary shuttle service to the Haram. However, upon check-in, I was told that there is no shuttle service during Ramadan and that I should use public transportation instead (they pointed to the buses outside). “I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Diar Al Khalidiya, especially during Ramadan. From the first day, the WiFi in my room did not work. I reported this 6–7 times, but nothing was done.
