“We had a lovely, relaxing time. The house was well stocked with everything needed, switches and cabinets were nicely labeled, and coffee was provided which was a nice touch. The owner was very responsive to my questions, and kindly accommodated my late checkout request. The home is at the back of a cove, great for sticking our feet in, but the park with open swimming was only 5 minues away. Lots of deer, and it was fun to watch them play. Our family had a nice time.”

I was given instructions to do something I already had done. I took a video a sent it, proving the problem beyond any reasonable doubt. Yet, I had to navigate an endless texting stream telling em to try things I had already shown that I did. The property managers did this for so long that by the time the maintenance man was sent, he could not replace the……

“We booked this accommodation for our annual family Thanksgiving get together. BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS! Darling place with lovely touches - toiletries, welcome basket, great coffee bar - the outside area was just beautiful too - a bit chilly for us to enjoy some of the amenities outside, but so cozy and quaint. Had a question and received a speedy reply from the owner. Was better than we had expected!”
