“We asked if we could sit in the common area by the fireplace. Staff said, "We don't turn on the fireplace THIS LATE IN THE SEASON." I said, "It was on last night." They said, "Okay, we can turn it on for you." It was a cold and windy April day. I felt like it was a great imposition so we stayed in our rooms. Also, they seemed reluctant to give out coffee pods for our rooms since there was no coffee in the lobby. Most motels have coffee available in the lobby at all hours of the day. ……

“Service was great! Only one issue with the bathroom lights and outlets not working when we returned from a show. We got back at midnight so we did not request a new room or for it to be looked at, but I’m sure if we did it would have been fixed right away. Definitely will return if needing to stay in this area again. ”

“What I liked about my stay that i thought was pretty cool and coinvent was the digital key and the app they use for their stay! You can share your digital key through email to whoever is staying with you or still request a physical copy up at front. The Digital key gives you access to your room, pool and coming from outside on the sides. Also you can check out right on the app as well, no need to stop and talk to anyone! ”

“This is a cute hotel with a boutique feel. The cut brick and aesthetics are beautiful. The room is decent sized and the bathroom shower was nice and big. The staff were kind and sincere. Valet parking was well managed. The adjoining coffee shop serves superb coffee and the restaurant had great food. ”
