“Parking after about 7:30 pm was only available in the next block Behind the bowling alley. Waste baskets overflowing. Staff not in uniform. Perimeter of rotating restaurant very dirty. Windows in restaurant blurred by film (designed to control heat?). Refrigerator freezer encased in ice. Room 1004. Elevator thresholds dirty. Same problem for several years.”

“Pluses - Nice big comfortable rooms. Minuses - Noise from the hallway or next room. Also, they didn't clean the room or bathroom even though I left a placard out requesting service. We had to ask for clean towels from the front desk everyday.”

“Ashley at the front desk was very helpful and nice to talk with. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the hot tub was not working for a few days. Also, they were redoing the parking lot and the staff redoing the lot parked where people paying to be there were parking their big trucks making it hard to park. It would have been nice if they would have parked in the back out of the way.”

“Friendly staff, amazing views from patios, but no continental breakfast which wasn't a big deal but shower was weird, also thought I booked a room facing the bridge but ended up on the backside facing the basketball court and it got loud”
