“Our 1st room the heat didnt work. We called the number we were told to and very promptly they were bringing us the key card for a different room. The workers were all really nice and the room was very clean. There were renovations going on and there were dumpsters in the parking lot, but that is to be expected when theyre trying to remodel rooms. We were very pleased with the 2 bedroom suite we were in. ”

“The room is big, the service is friendly and generous, the giant atrium is well-kept vintage. Good pool, room perks. Getting the hotel shuttle was the only hitch. Hotels.com chat bot was glitchy and unproductive. This is not on the hotel staff. Automate it all the way, or don't advertise it. "Contact property for help" from a noisy curb outside baggage claim took 30 min.”

“The guy who checked us in was great. We also met another gentleman that helped us to where we needed to be and even held the elevator open for us. The only complaint is that my room has no body wash and I called the front desk twice. It has been 2 hours and still no body wash. So I can’t shower. ”
