“Staff is friendly and pet friendly is always appreciated! Property is outdated besides the security cameras but I’d rather the option to stay at a hotel that is outdated but pet friendly than an up to date non pet friendly hotel when having to travel with my pup. It’s also nice being near the mountain when wanting to take the pup for a walk in the woods. I would stay here again if I had to. ”

“We were on the 4th floor, & never heard another door opening, no voices in the hallway or through the walls. The bed was comfortable & the room was pristine. We'll stay there again next time we're in the vicinity.”

“Very quiet place in the woods, we had a comfy but retro room. Check in was a little delayed but it's understandable seeing that it was on a high demand season and they had a lot of customers checking in. We didn't try the food, but the stay was very good for my and my partner. We will come back since I heard good stories about their mexican restaurant.”

“Owners/ management were extremely pleasant and accommodating. Rooms were mostly clean and beds were comfortable. It was a last minute stay as our other reservation fell through. Lodge was affordable and convenient distance from our day trip at Kalahari. Their best selling point is definitely their 5☆ service!! Would stay again!”
