「A very welcoming hotel. Plenty of. Character. Very kind and helpful staff. Very clean. Room spacious. Good breakfast could benefit from more gluten free options. Got a couple of free drinks at the bar instead of having room service. Spacious and very appealing grounds leading to the canal path with a very pleasant walk. Would gladly stay again.」

「This hotel was amazing beautiful clean rooms spacious, clean comfortable beds slept like a log. The food we had evening meal and breakfast and was stunning the food tasted delicious and would highly recommend this hotel.」

「Almost correct but not quite」

「It is a travesty to call the Wiltshire hotel a spa. We had had a long day travelling and were looking forward to a really nice spa experience. We were given a locker key and a sad towel, no robe. The ladies changing rooms were a disgrace. Broken tiles, grubby floor and a section had been roped off. The pool area was dirty with broken tiles, and mould on the floor tiles. The jacuzzi wasn’t working, neither was the steam room. The hot sauna was good but the pool temperature was on the low side. ...

「We stayed one night, good location, nice food/beer garden, good food and drinks, staff was friendly and helpful. We were unlucky that the Wi-Fi and tv didn’t work, not from lack of trying by the staff, they fixed it, and 10 minutes later, stopped working. I would definitely recommend if you’re in the area.」

「The room we stayed was very clean and lovely setting ,the breakfast was amazing and staff were very helpful and polite already place to stay.」

「The 5-night stay was overall comfortable, although there was an issue with controlling the temperature of the hot water shower. It would occasionally become scalding during showers. It would also be wonderful if breakfast could include some fruit. Other than these minor points, it was a delightful stay. When we arrived in the late afternoon, the reception gentleman kindly helped my daughter and me carry our luggage to the room on the 2nd floor.」
