“The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful even though they were short staffed. However, our room air conditioning worked, but the lowest temperature setting was 70 degrees. This was acceptable, but with the scorching 97-degree weather in Oklahoma, we would have preferred a cooler room or at least a fan. Another downside was the lack of a microwave in our room, although there was a fridge. The pool water was murky, and there were no towels provided. We had to use our own room linens,……

“The place is mismanaged. There is no maintenance person available to fix tv. Entry keys did not work periodically. Breakfast was minimal and the area was not monitored. They are evidently understaffed. The manage was constantly apologizing but did not do anything to change things for the better.”

“Walls are thin and my family and I was roomed on second floor above of the entrance on second floor. Was unable to get good sleep. It was a Biker event weekend and their bikes were loud. Overall it was clean and nice.”

“My staff was almost excellent. The facility was experiencing some updates and therefore a little construction was going on. However, the plastic sheeting and prior notification of what I would see was appreciated and very helpful. All the staff from the front desk to the servers for breakfast to the housekeeping staff were very friendly. Made the stay pleasant!”

“Everything was amazing except the bed. It was the most uncomfortable hotel bed I have experienced. Everything else made up for it, just noting this as it would have made this a 10/10 rating. The breakfast station was run by the most friendly and helpful gentleman. He made our mornings better by being a part of it. The desk staff were all extremely friendly and helpful!”
