「This is one of the worst resorts I have ever stayed in, the property was on a hill, no elevators, the staff didn’t even tell us where the stairs were, we were told our room was garden view like Hawaii and we had a few trees with a parking lot view, the beach area was small and pretty unusable, the food was expensive and not very good, the staff were completely unhelpful, they changed our room to an ocean view that was again the parking lot with a very slight view of the ocean in the distance,...

「The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The room was first class. It was clean, had great amenities, and the view was beyond words. It could not be more convenient to everything in Cruz Bay. The staff was 5 star by any standard. The only bad thing was that I had to leave and go back to work the next day.」

「We spent 7 days at the Saint. It was so relaxing. There are several small pools to hang out in. The main pool has a bar and a great view. We had Sunday brunch there and it was yummy, especially the mimosa with fresh squeezed juice. The staff was great too. Very helpful and informative.」
