“A bit disappointed when I got into the room, as found the cups at plastic, there is no water boiler, no slippers, no toothbrush. The worst thing is, there is kind of caramel smell in some of the towels (I don't know where it came from, but not dare to use it). The wifi in room is not free, for US$9/day I rather get a SIM card, the LAN is not working. Anyway the breakfast and dinner I had is ok, but for business trip I won't stay here again as there are other choices near airport, I don't see……

“There was nothing unique about the property. The clerk allowed me to check-in 1 hour early. I had been driving all day. That was helpful. Other than that the room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed my weekend. ”

“Property needs updates. Escalator has not worked during multiple stays over the past year Convenient for stays to visit students at U of Memphis however not a first choice due to need for updates. ”

“We truly enjoyed our stay at Hu Hotel. We wanted to be close enough to walk to Beale St and far enough away. It was absolutely the perfect location. Very quiet , rooms were clean and staff was very nice and helpful! The only issue we had was ice. You had to ask for ice on the first floor. Not a huge complaint. Just a little inconvenience. But would definitely recommend and stay here again. ”
