“Good position”

“Family of 6- 1 week stay. I expected a little more with what we paid to stay here. Upon arrival check in clerks were short and kind of rude for a Monday morning. The one saving grace was the woman working near Blu, likely a manager, since she comped a very car sick me a ginger ale - I feel terrible I did not get her name. She and the older gentleman valet were the only staff members to seem to actually care about the people staying there. The hotel itself is nice but not nearly as nice as I……

“Rooms are NOT cleaned every day, even though the part we stayed in is a "hotel." You can ask for the vacuum to clean the room yourself. Must ask for towels and new bedding if you want it. There were a few bugs in the room. Very few amenities are included, even though this is called a resort and you have to pay fees. Umbrellas and chairs cost extra and we even had to pay $1 for a ping pong ball. Drinks cost extra too and weren't worth the price. Pools were always murky. My biggest complaint is I……
