「The room was good, would not recommend if you have an early flight . My room was by the pool , it was very loud.. breakfast was really good , walking to restaurants.. 」

「登记入住的时候与我网上订的房间不一样。我定的是king side 的房间 给我却是一个两张单人床。我想去前台换了，服务员说暂时不能换。然后就不了了之了。」

「Room was very clean, plenty of space and beautiful with a great view! Comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. Staff were friendly and very informative. Great stay! 」

「Overall it was a great stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful! Only reason I gave it 4 stars for cleanliness was because all the dishes were dirty in dishwasher from last guest and sticky finger/hand prints from little kids on cabinets and doors which you can't see unless your sitting on the couch so being a Mom didn't bother me to much. It's easy to miss but another guest might not think highly of it. 」

「First the bad: The facility is aged and in dire need of updating. Chairs in the bistro/bar are worn and almost have the filler exposed. The carpets are old and worn, TV in room couldn't get half of the "available channels", and one elevator didn't work all weekend. Now the great: The staff!! From Lore at check-in and check-out to Erika in the bistro/bar the staff were amazing. They were engaged, friendly and helpful. They were personable and amazing to deal with regardless of the ask. Update...

「The hot tub was big enough for 5'6" person to completely submerge and has a nice wrap around shelf for snacks/drinks. Bring a laptop because the bedroom tv isn't visible from the bathroom hot tub」
