“The 2 sweet girls at front desk were SO HELPFUL & BEST!! Customer service that I have ever experienced staying at various hotels. I regret I am unable to remember their names.”

“The staff were very helpful. They aren't staffed like a hotel normally is, but they're very quick to respond when you call and they're there in person just as quick too!”

“Curtain fell down when my wife tried to open it blinds were all busted and waited over a day before we asked to either just swap rooms or them to fix it, the pool will be closed if it’s 100° outside with one cloud in the sky because it might rain , washer and dryer do not work , four hours after we had left because we didn’t turn in the key they assumed we wanted to stay another week and charged my card $600 without my consent or even calling me I can not recommend staying here as the owner is……

“The property was beautiful with some very nice sitting areas. The pool was very nice & the room quite comfortable. The hostess Vanessa was welcoming & made a lovely breakfast each day with fresh coffee, baked goods & hot food. She went above & beyond to make our stay nice. We would definitely come again. There are some great restaurants in Gonzales as well. ”

Louis was very helpful with all communications and we were even given the option to check in early if we needed. House itself was in great condition and it was perfect for our group of 8.
