「Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite. 「The hotel has a great location... it was close to the CC Plaza and the Nelson-Atkins. My room was very modern. The bed was comfortable although the bedsheets were made of material that felt like they were damp (but were not really). The shower door opened outward which made it awkward to reach for my towel (on a rack on the door). 」
