“The hotel is nice and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Room cleaning is only done upon request as such we would have liked bigger or more garbage bins as we shopped at the outlet store and had a lot of extra packaging to get rid off. Short staffed. The receptionist is on her own to deal with check-ins as well as and issues with the room. The individual preparing breakfast was also on her to take orders, cook, wait on customers and clean up.”

“Easy check in process. Easy parking. Few restaurants within walking distance such as Arbys, Panera, Milkshake Factory and a delicious mexican restaurant! Room was clean and staff was helpful in giving us a few extra pillows and nlankets. ”

“The room was really big with two very comfortable queen beds, plus a pull out couch. The breakfast was amazing and the lady that worked there was very friendly and helpful! Already recommended to a couple of my friends driving home from Myrtle Beach.”

“While I was checking in, the clerk answered the phone “welcome to the greatest Hampton Inn in the world. How may I exceed your expectations? “ I laughed about it at the time as the sort of thing companies teach their employees as a standard greeting. Turns out they might be right. Everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. The facility was clean and up-to-date. Tons of amenities. The kicker for me is when I saw a man ask the front desk person about where they might be able to buy a belt……

“The WiFi is really bad. I can’t access to the internet while staying in the room. The hotel deliberately tries to drag you out of the room to the casino and the racetrack. When I called the front desk and complained about wifi service, all they told me is “well sir, it turns out you are in a dead spot. Sorry” This is absurd, not everyone comes here is for the casino and racetrack. I’m on a business trip, and it’s a just a stopping by.”

“I really like The location,very quiet neighborhoods,the beds was very confortable,my room was definitely old fashioned with old heating/air conditioning systems but for the price I paid it was alright 👍 ”
