“非常滿意飯店的品質和服務. 房間空間大、裝潢很新、很多插座方便手機設備充電. 服務態度親切. 對觀光客的缺點是離市中心較遠，搭捷運約25分鐘，以及沒有洗衣間，只能送洗服務. 整體住宿很滿意. 下次旅遊還是會選這間飯店.”

“The front desks are very friendly. it’s a brand new hotel. we spent our New Year‘s eve there. It was a terrific Experience. There’s a train station nearby. It’s easy to transfer to the airport .”

“房間空間不大，飯店簡單乾淨，附近沒有什麼，房內有冰箱，膠囊咖啡機，電梯及樓層進出有門禁管控，可寄放行李，加購早餐16歐，往來中央車站搭乘22號公車約10幾分鐘非常方便，班次密集，雖不在市區，整體還算方便。”

“地理位置非常方便，位於交通樞紐區，有公車、地鐵及火車可以搭乘，如果以台北來比喻的話，就是板橋站的概念，比起阿姆斯特丹市區高昂的價格，住在這裡的性價比非常高，很推薦 房間內有廚房設備，鍋碗瓢盆杯一應俱全，入住的房型有洗碗機非常不錯，整體清潔程度也很好 美中不足的是連續三天洗澡洗到沒熱水，飯店人員說熱水用完了，需要等待30分鐘，建議確認有熱水再洗澡 另外淋浴間的排水洩水較慢 這些問題改善的話就很完美了”

“1. located at a convenient place where you can reach the hot spots of the city within 20 min. 2. sound proof of the building and the rooms are not good which induces nuisance at some time. 3. can rent a bike in the hotel with good price, which is convenient and helpful for touring around as the city is a bike-city. ”

“Guests should note that the hotel does not provide toothbrushes and toothpaste. It would be much more convenient if it provide a electric kettle. I can make some hot drinks or make a cup noodle at night.”

“Lively decor. Too bad there's not much to do in the area. The shuttle bus to the airport was booked above capacity on two occasions, which seems to defeat the purpose to having a reservation system for the shuttle bus.”

“het zou fijn zijn om een gebruiksaanwijzing voor de douche en de temperatuur regulatie van de kamer te hebben. Nu was de enige temperatuur :kokend heet onder de douche en een temperatuur die oploopt van 20 naar 35 C in de kamer. Gelukkig was er ook een wasbak met water waarvan de temperatuur wel te regelen was.”

“During my staying period in hotel, there was a fire alarm and hotel requested all residents to evcate, when we gether in front of hotel, no staff notify us the sitaution, whether it s fault or actual incident. No one inform us when we can return our room. When the resident feel safe, they decide to return the hotel. Under such situation, hotel staff should inform customers the updated situation in stead of let them alone. ”

“員工親切但訓練不足，提出下載加入IHG會員後可以提早入住但加入之後卻告知搞錯了⋯ 另外房間及房間中間都有門，不知道是否因為此緣故導致隔音很差 地點不如敘述的這麼方便，附近的工程從去年到現在都還沒完成，很多路面泥濘及關閉。 總結如果只是為了停留一天趕隔日班機仍可以選擇。 ”

“酒店在中央火车站旁边，步行200米即到，超级方便，所有景点乘坐公交均可到。火车从酒店楼下穿过，不过不吵。”
