“The best hotel in ibague ”

“I spent a weekend at the Altamira, Ibagué for a wedding. The location is good if you have a car, but it’s a little off the beaten path if you don’t. However, for this same reason, it’s quiet. I was there during the World Cup and they had huge screens at the restaurant and next to the swimming pool. That was a cool add on. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and the bathroom is OK. All the furniture is a little dated and in need of a makeover. The breakfast buffet was plentiful for Colombian……

“Staff was friendly. The included breakfast was nice but I would have preferred a buffet style breakfast. It is very conveniently located near two malls and Comfamilia Clinic. The only downside was that on the weekends the area and restaurant on the 4th floor is very loud until 2-3 am.”

“Un gran hotel en todo el centro de Pereira. El personal es más que amable, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. La habitación es muy cómoda, especialmente la cama, es de otro nivel. El desayuno buffet funciona muy bien, tiene opciones para todos los gustos. Tiene jacuzzis que puedes reservar, aunque esta vez no los usamos. En general, es un hotel que vale la pena volver, ya dos veces que me hospedo acá.”

“The idea of the hotel is nice. However, to be an Eco five star hotel, it lacks of many things. Even though the rooms are well located, the rooms are dark and the electricity is very low. It is easy to lose something!. The people in reception do not answer, it is necessary to call them many times before they answer. The restaurant's staff is nice, specially Daniela. However, it has also issues. The wine list is not good, the wine bottles cannot be returned if the customer did not like the……
