"The room was very clean. I loved are view and large windows. The room stayed cold at night which was important to us. Pictures online are a little deceiving. Room is outdated. Bathroom outdated. Not sure what all of the rattling was above restroom. Kind of seemed related to maybe showers going or flushing. Staff was excellent. Valet excellent. "

"Our room was beautiful. The bed was so comfortable. I shared with the staff that it was my birthday and they left cupcakes and a rose in the room when we checked in. It was a lovely experience."

"Very friendly staff who were available both in person and by text, which was extremely convenient. The room was clean and cozy, and the location was great—within walking distance of the River Walk. The only downside was a car repeatedly driving up and down the street very late at night, which was a bit loud. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay."
