“Facilities are prone to break. The ice bucket and coffee machine are dirty.”

“Security deposit was 120/night and there was a 75 dollar fee that they take out from that. Most staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was really nice, spacious. The refrigerator wasn't working and it seem like someone had unplug the dryer to hard because part of it was in the outlet. The gym is very small, the pool was closed. Aside from that we had daily housekeeping and they were doing some construction during the week.”

“Beautiful property but hasn’t been kept up as it should for being a Crown Plaza hotel. The water handle in my room was faulty and went from cold to super hot because it was loose. Also had the secondary lock broken in my room so didn’t feel very safe.”

“The location is in the city center, easy to go anywhere. But if you drive by yourself, it is inconvenient to park, and the cleanliness of the room is average. When we first arrived, the bathroom was very smelly, and there was no exhaust fan to dispel the smell.”

The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.”

“The front desk was quite busy handling check ins and such and they were professional & friendly despite the throng waiting. The bell man were great, very helpful and friendly. My only quibble is there was no coffee maker in the room ( I asked for one and it was brought up). For the price, I thought this hotel was definitely a good value (rooms were comfortable and great location).”
