“VERY VERY GOOD”

“Very helpful and nice staff. The roof pool is through a door with a very sharp edge, I cut my foot and needed a band aid - this was no problem at all. I also chose to use the pharmacy right across the roundabout for care products. There's also two supermarkets at the same roundabout, so no need to go thirsty between meals if the bar isn't for you.”

“- Not Much option for Vegetarian ( for All inclusive )”

“Fantastic hotel! Ideally placed to walk to everything that you would want. Lots of places to eat, drink and entertainment. Hotel room, clean and spacious and the staff were polite and very helpful. We had breakfast which was varied and delicious. We also ate in the Cafe Paris on site, again friendly staff and great food. Finally we also went to Pepes!! Despite having difficulty in getting into the room via the hotel, we had a great night. Bar staff were super quick with drinks and a great……

“So many good points! The hotel was lovely, rooms were big with queen beds, nice and clean. Service was excellent, hotel staff were amazing and always very helpful considering with children, I would deffo book there again, shops very close by, beach is about 7 mins walk, deffo recommend to book with them :)”

“Most of the staff were very helpful, good breakfast. Great location. Enjoyed the pool area, but more parasols required as there isn’t much shade. We would definitely recommend & will return”

“Villas with pool are a lovely bonus during the colder months as the pools are heated. Although not deep they’re perfect for little ones. It’s a shame at the end of season that there’s no bus or shuttle service down to the beach. We did use uber but it was on the pricey side due to being a family of 5 and needing a bigger vehicle. The mini mart was also closed on site so we had to do a shop else where for groceries. Breakfast was lovely, good variety. The kids loved the train from the villas to……

“Hotel was beautiful, room clean and very comfortable, staff were great. Everything close by. Couldn’t have asked for anymore. Great stay would come again and definitely recommend”

“Otelde her şey para üzerine kurulu, müşteri memnuniyetinin hiçbir önemi yok. Odama girmek için 6 saat bekledim seyahatimi yarım günü zaten otelin resepsiyonunda uyuyarak geçti. Odalar kısmen temiz ama dılarfan göründüğü gibi değil, vasat bir otel.”

“- Location is great - Stylish and contemporary interior design - Staffs were responsive, helpful and polite - View at rooftop pool is amazing”

“Lovely clean hotel centrally based. Good food. Lovely staff. Majority of people there were 70+. The hotel catered for that age group but nothing for families. No entertainment or music around the pool. No facilities at all for children or younger people. No floats or balls in pool. Could have had music or disco early in evening for kids.”

“The restaurant staff were incredibly helpful with finding me vegan options and communicating with the chef. It made my stay much more comfortable.”

“En el desayuno faltaban etiquetas por lo demás perfecto muy buena atención volveremos a repetir”

“The hotel was lovely and staff were all so friendly! Only slight issue was cockroaches in the bathroom however everything else was amazing!”
