“The room was clean and nice, but there were loud cars and motorcycles blaring music and racing until close to 4 am, so was very hard to sleep. When I went to the lobby at 6 am after getting up, there was trash from the night before and one of the lobby toilets was "clogged" and smelly. The lobby staff guy was just sitting there on his phone not doing anything. The bar staff on the main level was nice at night. That was not the case in the morning. There were only 3 people there, so not……

“Beautiful, spacious, clean property. HOWEVER, entrance is complicated, we never did get a code for the pool gate, if we needed the elevator after 5:30, we had to wait for a resident to come along to open the door. Even after two calls to the help desk, we still were locked out of using the coding system. Great price for the clean room, but the amenities were zero due to the complicated coding of the lock system and the apps. We downloaded two apps, neither allowed us access.”

Therefore, we had to go cash out-of-pocket to find a separate hotel room. We are still awaiting feedback from the property on a refund after alerting them of this issue six days ago. The common areas were……
