“The wonderful lady at the front desk by the name of Khadijah went above and beyond to help us with our reservation. She was also extremely accommodating with helping us find the right rooms to fit my families needs. The hotel was extremely clean, comfortable, and every staff member serviced us with a smile. “Parking was both good and bad. Under the hotel - safe from the occasional downpour…but, the spaces were tight. The entrance to the elevator was supposed to open with your room key, but it was disabled. Coffee was fresh, hot and tasty every morning. Staff was friendly, and we loved our room! A door separating the beds from the bathroom ensured I got to sleep in when hubby arose early. The location is excellent for shopping, dining, or even sightseeing, if you have a rental car. “I love my stay at the double tree by the airport. Everyone was nice and friendly from coming into the front entrance. I loved the cookies fresh bake was so delicious. Each and ever employee greeted me and gave a smile with it I loved that the best. The only thing I didn’t like was the pool area was not open and it was so hot we wanted to get in the water so bad it’s summer time. But we was able to set out on back patio and socialize with friends and family. I definitely recommend people to check……
