"The hotel is right at the Ca' D'Oro water bus stop. Our family of four (two teens) got two rooms. Both were fantastic with canal views. Rooms were comfortable, with some small items in need of repair, but this didn't affect our stay. We were able to walk just about everywhere and occasionally used waterbus. Breakfast was excellent and would definitely recommend. "

"We had a great stay in this hotel, the location is good and the hotel is unique, we felt as if we were somewhere special. The rooms were clean and fabulous, looking directly out onto the canal. Breakfast was excellent and Alessandro on the front desk was especially polite and welcoming, as well as being helpful with his restaurant and other recommendations. We would stay here again."
