“Mark was great and so was our stay. It was really nice having multiple rooms where my son could do his gaming and sleep. The house was very clean.”

“When we arrived, there was NO soap in the room. Not at the sink or in the shower. Shower conditioner was out as well. We complained and were told the soap shipment did not come in and that was it. The next morning the cleaning staff also told us no soap and they were of no help. However, that morning the office staff were much more understanding, and they purchased a bar of soap for us to use. They also got the cleaning staff to replace the empty dispensers in the shower. They also discounted……
