“I think a lot of people has reviewed on this. But I can only said air conditioning system issue need to be fix. Otherwise it is hard for other customer wants to stay. It is summer time and the air conditioning system not work. All you got is a fan will only have little help. Can you imagine stay in the room with 27C? And there is not compensation. Charging almost 100 pound per night, and it is the sleep environment we got.”

“The hotel was alright but charging nearly a tenner to park in their own car park is a joke. Good breakfast albeit another £30. Had to spend nearly the room cost again to park and eat. Could have got somewhere much nicer if I wanted to spend over £100 and eaten and parked for free. Wouldn't come again”

“This is the worse hotel i’ve ever stayed in! There was a plate of beans and chips on a chair in one of the ‘lounge areas’ from the night we checked in (could have been there longer!) until the morning we left, which obviously was beginning to smell awful! The room was fine, it was clean, but awfully musty and stuffy. The ‘balcony’ was laughable, it was a small metal platform (think scaffolding) which we couldn’t access anyway because of the window lock. They did supply us with a fan, which……
