“Great hotel and stuff”

“The hotel was lovely, and the room was a great size. It had a living room/kitchenette area and a separate bedroom area. My two complaints are 1) nowhere was it mentioned that their spa was closed for construction (the main reason we chose this resort was for the spa) adn 2) there was no mention of AC work being conducted. Woke up to a large crane lifting equipment to the roof right outside my window in addition to the text received the evening before that they will be entering my room to check……

“This was a great place to stay. When it comes to cleanliness, I am a freak…. This place was so clean. The people were so nice. The breakfast they made was excellent. It’s a cozy quaint place it’s like it’s hidden. We had a master bedroom suite. It was like a small apartment with a balcony in the views were gorgeous. It was convenient to every place that we wanted to go to. And to a Safeway for groceries, if you need to put things in your room. Restaurants. Hiking Sedona was beautiful like……

“We stayed in honeymoon suite for anniversary weekend. Very private and woodsy. Felt like we were the only guests which was very nice. Morning coffee and breakfast service brought to our patio door is a very nice touch and a highlight. Staff is responsive. The only thing I wasn’t happy with is we messaged the afternoon prior to departure to request 1 extra hour for checkout. (12:00p v 11:00a). We were denied by host, despite the room not being booked that day. Made me rethink whether $1k for 2……
