「This is a nice boutique hotel in the center city of Lamaga. The room was large, clean, nicely appointed, and the bed was very comfortable. 「The staff was super nice and friendly but the hotel needs to invest and improve the rooms and hallways. My air conditioning smell terrible and was getting me sick to the point I had to complaint and they came and cleaned it so it probably wasn’t clean for who know how long. The carpet at the room are terrible and smell moldy and the lighting in the hallways is terrible. If they upgrade these things this place would be a place I have return for sure.」

「This hotel is located right on the Douro, in a picturesque spot. There's a parking area right outside. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel claims to be four star; it may have been once but it no longer is. The rooms are spartan. A 20" tv from the 2000s. No amenities whatsoever in the bathroom, which had a broken wall shower and between one and three lights randomly working, depending on I know what. I had to move furniture to find the only single wall outlet close to the bed....
