“2nd time in this hotel but disappointed this time because we paid much more for the same type of room but it was much smaller than last time. The reception staff service varied a lot. Couldn’t understand the reception trainee refused to give us ticket for our three bags left in the conference room initially ‘ because ‘only your bags are in this room’ but we saw other people’s bags as well. “Lovely comfortable room and especially bed. Hotel was very busy due to a conference on Friday when we arrived and a wedding on Saturday, so quite noisy in the communal areas. Food in both restaurants was good but service in Farenheit was a bit slow. Buffet breakfast was okay, but often seemed to run out before being topped up, so you had to chhose your timing carefully. Pastries were very good though and there was a good choice. I asked for poached eggs both days and they were perfectly cooked.……
