“1. The room is large. Fare include breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is ok while the dinner is terrible, almost only vegetable, no meat.
2. Absolutely No WiFi in room.
3. The introduction says “Eve dinner” is included, but I am misled to interpret dinner is included only if I book the hotel on 31, Dec. We ate outside before check in and found dinner is provided.
4. It is strange one table is reserved for one room all day long, which means if you go early to the restaurant and there is good……

“Tudo maravilhoso!! Mas o destaque mesmo foram para Sara e Matteo, os dois foram fantásticos. Além da educação, simpatia e gentileza, eles eram muito prestativos. Acho que o hotel deve premiar esse tipo de funcionário. Com certeza voltarei a me hospedar no de Len. ”

“Business is good therefore lacking of enough manpower when customers check out.
They forced to provide keys to park car downstairs hotel.
But asked customers to wait more than 15 mins when we need car to leave.
Also, no heater when temperature was 8-10 degree outside. Their feedback is it is still summer so their central heater can not work.
This kind of equipment is not good enough if they cost higher fee.”

“My family and I had a very sweet vacation in the hotel. The service are sweet. Everything is beautiful. Location is great. We went to ski by car. It only takes 10m to the ski areas. Thank you. Would like to come back again.”

“Schönes Hotel. Teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber mit einem eigenem Charme. Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Hatte ein Studio mit Kochnische. Gute und vollständige Ausstattung zum Kochen. Wellnessbereich war ebenfalls sehr schön. Parkplatz etwas weit weg vom Hotel. Alles in allem eine gute Erfahrung. Kann man noch einmal buchen. ”
