“Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am.
I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually.
And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about……

“Make sure to read breakfast menu before hand before purchasing before stay, some interesting choices that may not be for everyone! The hotel was beautiful, staff was most helpful and kind. Especially the gentleman assisting with transporting the luggage from door to room! Beautiful views of the Mississippi River from the room we stayed in. Valet parking is a nice option but more expensive for larger vehicles which is unfortunate, ended up parking a block away in a garage due to this. Otherwise,……
