“The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. We discovered shortly after arriving in our room that the bathroom door would not stay closed. On request, the staff quickly assigned us to another room, brought up our new keys and had maintenance investigating the bathroom door in our first room. Great service! We will stay again.”
