“I have an absolute pleasure of staying at Washington Court Hotel. This is my first time to Washington DC and I have been overwhelmed by the professional standard of all the Hotel Staff. From the baggage handlers to receptionist, all catering staff and management. Each member of the Hotel Staff went above and beyond! They all had a “willingness to work and serve” attitude which made the stay so much more enjoyable. The hotel itself was so spacious and clean! The breakfast was also a delight and……

“The staff were all great! I was welcomed with a complimentary drink (hosted happy hour). The check in process was smooth. The hotel itself seems like it was updated more recently. There were a few signs of patches or age here or there, but nothing bad. There was a nice bowl of fruit and plenty of water bottles provided. Also a fridge in the room and plenty of towels. The condition of the lighting and TV were great. My only small grievance is that I was woken up in the morning by the……
