“Great!”

“The onsen design room was very comfortable and spacious with great view of the lake and blueberry garden. The amazing staff from the valet attendant to the checkin assistant greeted us with warm welcome and made us feel right at home. Nice touch having to remove our shoes before stepping on the tatami corridor. There are shoe lockers at the entrance of each floor corridor. The in-room onsen was lovely. There’s frosted glass (balcony railing) for privacy otherwise would have great lake/mountain……

“Very old and dirty, no air conditioning. Room is too old, very ugly decoration. Just like a room with monsters. Restaurant food is also not very good. Just the new and extended area is nice!”
