“Beautiful resort and scenery.”

“So far was a good hotel for stay in Hilo. The only thing was bad experience, there was fire emergency alarm at 3:00 am to wake up every body and let’s waking down from stairs. Next day was no explaining what happened that night. ”

“My family has always loved this property. I was very happy with the customer service, cleanliness of the property, and overall experience. The water slides are a favorite and the views are wonderful. I have two teens and a toddler. They all greatly enjoy the property. Would highly recommend for families. ”

I arrived at the property after 6 and l was struggled to find out how to check into my unit not knowing that they emailed me an instruction how to get into my unit”

“The beach on the property was awesome. The guys on the ATV's on the beach need to minimize there trips past the chairs with umbrellas, they went back and forth too much. They also need to travel down the sides of the chairs not through the middle divide of the chairs. ”

It’s private, secluded and overall just beautiful. if your looking for a real taste, feel, site, peace and privacy of the island with immaculate views this is the ying to your yang. “Very beautiful resort. The house we booked is really big and close to the private beach and The Shops (Shopping Plaza). However, the private beach is not very large and because of there are not many restaurants at The Shops, we need to wait for a long time for dinner on Sunday. Overall, this resort is great and the staff also very polite and helpful.”

“The host was very friendly, and shared some great tips for visiting the Hilo area. Check-in/out instructions were helpful and easy to follow. The building itself is a little tired and could use some updating/cleaning. The unit was well equipped and cozy. The beds were not particularly comfortable and overall I would rate the accomodations as 4 star”

“We really loved and enjoyed this condo. My husband and two girls had a great time. It was super clean and the kitchen was fully equipped with cooking devices. We had a nice bbq our first night. The large lanai was beautiful and somewhat private. The pool was very warm and enjoyable. We had FREE access to the Hilton which was so awesome and unexpected. We ate and snorkeled in the lagoon. It was not far maybe a 15 minute slow walk. The shopping was close too. Nice coffee shops and great shops on……
