“The water temperature in the two swimming pools was quite cold and did not make for a pleasurable experience. The hot tub was fine. The staff and excursions from the Adventure Center were superb. Mike and his staff were very informative and friendly. The meals in the restaurants were good and the servers were friendly. I wish there was a little more variety in the menus.”

“It was a very comfortable stay. However, that actual housekeeping was very questionable. I thought about calling Vacasa when we were there but we were just too busy. The hot tub cover had several large tears, like an animal had torn into it. There was signage saying to leave shoes outside yet there was all kinds of pebbles that had been tracked in before we arrived. This made me question if the floors had been cleaned. The beds were all very comfortable. But the sheets were wonky. Neither bunk……
