「My family and I had a rough arrival day but after I voiced my concerns, the staff was very attentive and very helpful in fixing the situation. Outside of that, the resort was nice, clean and the staff was very nice.」

「Everybody was so accommodating. Smiles on everybody’s faces. Every staff remembered who you are. Staff was maintaining the grounds or cleaning rooms 24/7. Having access to two restaurants, 3 bars, and cabana beach was great. If you didn’t like those options, everything else was just a few hundred yards of a walk if that. Hotel itself was clean and well maintained, conveniently a short walk to a nearby beach, many restaurants, a grocery store and even excursions. Huge balcony to sit and relax as well. However only one adapter(attached to each side of the bed) worked during my stay and every day there was a sewage smell in the bathroom that would not go away unless showering. 「The staff, Cindy and Hector, were excellent. The Villa on the Papapagay Resort was excelllent! I am not an AC person, so for us to have control of our own AC in our own 2 bedrooms was just wonderful. We had our own bathrooms too.
