“Staff was prompt & courteous. Hotel was clean and bed and bath were excellent. Good mattress and pillows which is of utmost important to me. The hotel, however, is very, very dated. Dark hallways. Black and silver decor feels very mid70’s. Though I’m sure it’s been updated since then. Just not a fan of the moody darkness. ”

“Nice hotel but the beds were horrible. Had plumbing issues that woke us up at 5:00am with loud bubbling sounds. And then again when we tried to nap in the afternoon. Housekeeping did not leave new soap in the bathroom at the sink. ”

“Rooms are big, good location (quiet) and short cheap taxi ride to downtown (hotel gives you daily Lyft $5 discounts - 2 trips a day). Breakfast is descent and the staff is very friendly. There’s also a 7-11 down the block. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“The hotel is right in downtown Nashville, a few blocks uphill from Broadway where the crowds hang out. So it was a good location to all the must-see spots. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the hotel could use a refresher. ”

“My stay at the Thompson was great, however, i was incredibly disappointed in how uncomfortable the bed was. I'f i'm paying $600 for a room, the bed better be top notch. Instead it felt like a dorm room bed. Stiff with zero comfort. ”

“This was our second stay in a Cambria Hotel and I am glad we went with them again. The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff were all so helpful. The valet attendants were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help us. We will definitely stay with Cambria in our next city!”
