“Good location, with shuttle service, good for a layover.”

“千萬不要選面對泳池那一側，音樂吵到一個爆炸完全無法入睡，且是一整天都無法入睡，音樂聲大聲到站在房門外都可以聽到。向櫃台反映後，換到另一側的房間，就安靜非常非常多。”

“Location is convenient for everything, shopping, restaurants and beach. Front staff and concierges are friendly. Room is good with the ocean view, but the bathroom is too small. ”

“总体感觉还是很不错的、我们要晚上九点到达机场等了半小时才有机场接送车来，到酒店办理入住登记速度很快，酒店餐厅开到晚上11点半服务员非常热情。”

“Parking is too expensive, the hotel is too old, and there is no bottled water in the room, fortunately, it is very close to USCIS. I had to stay here to wait for the citizenship test the next morning.”

“第一次住靠近市中心，附近有幾個知名景點如迪士尼音樂廳、天使鐵路等，飯店旁也有知名漢堡店、潛艇堡、星巴克、超商等，出遊除了叫uber外，有些地點可走路10多分鐘到地鐵站或公車站搭車，非常方便。飯店有游泳池因為中午12:00至傍晚所以沒有機會游泳可惜了。周遭安全性，因為我們是2人同行晚上也較沒有疑慮。”

“The lighting is so bad for the room. You cannot see any books or documents in the room at night. It’s just so dark. The air conditioner is out of order in my room and I had asked hotel to check in the morning but when I back at night, nothing fixed and I have to go down to reception at night and ask to check again. The telephone in th e room is also out of order that’s why I cannot call from room to ask help! The breakfast is terrible, its buffet the choices of food are unbelievable little but……

“Very friendly staffs with high efficiency. On the day we checked out, we stored our baggages in the morning. As we picked up in the afternoon, we realized our belonging may be left in the room. Though our uber had already arrived, staffs still found it shortly after that. Also, enough backup for several disposable items when calling for help. A close location to the airport. A nice and worthwhile place to stay again for the next chance visiting LA.”
