「The lighting is so bad for the room. You cannot see any books or documents in the room at night. It’s just so dark. The air conditioner is out of order in my room and I had asked hotel to check in the morning but when I back at night, nothing fixed and I have to go down to reception at night and ask to check again. The telephone in th e room is also out of order that’s why I cannot call from room to ask help! The breakfast is terrible, its buffet the choices of food are unbelievable little but...

「The staff were very kind and efficient. The neighborhood was a bit rougher than I expected. The tenants were lovely and I didn’t have any problems with anyone on site. Could use more trash disposal and cleaning. Just a heads up but then it is very inexpensive. 」

「Most people would tell you to stay away from Downtown LA as much as possible, which is kinda true if you want to stay away from most of the homeless people. I remember I had a night where a concert ended in LA LIVE and the area was packed with participants and homeless people. The next day you can see and smell vomit and piss basically everywhere near the hotel. The room is comfortable for a 3-star hotel but I am on the side that they can improve their hygienic level. You can see stains lying...

「This was a very comfortable place to stay while attending a nearby convention. The suite had plenty of space for both me and my coworker, which we really appreciated after long days on our feet. The staff went above and beyond, especially Carlos who took the time to share helpful suggestions about the area. Their hospitality made a big difference in our stay. 」
