“My mum and I had an amazing stay at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The bar and restaurant teams provided excellent service throughout our stay, and the animation team truly made our holiday extra special. The food was delicious with plenty of choice, although a little more variety at breakfast would have been appreciated as it was quite similar each morning. The drinks were very good, though……

“Accommodation was well maintained and clean. Ther is no onsite manager an entry is by keypad. I did not receive the code for the property 48 hours before check in. So I emailed CIH. Despite having booked and paid in full on Expedia I was told I must pay a local charge and the cleaning fee before being given the code to access the property. This felt like a scam. I contacted Expedia and eventually was advised to pay the extra (250 euro). The property is great but beware the extra charges.”

“Great place to stay ”

“Nice spacious room with good bathroom, all very clean. Good range of food which was different every day we stayed, also very suitable for kids. Very tasty dishes and plenty to try. Drinks available on AI were also good. Splash pools good for kids, varied sizes of slides. Only issue was the 'reserving' of sunbeds for hours on end - people put towels etc out at breakfast then not seen for hours and there was none available for us normal people that hadn't done that. Good entertainment but……
