「The property was beautiful and wonderful view. The furniture was stained and old and the beds very uncomfortable. The staff was friendly. The email communication was confusing and not clear. It was a bunch of back and forth. You have to be 16 to use the gym and they don't advertise the local store where you can get coffee under tower 1. It took some time to find where things were so the communication needs work. Otherwise it was nice.」

「Upon arrival we noticed the parking was terrible, very tight signage wasn’t great to figure out where you were supposed to park. The elevators were down the first day which made doing anything nearly impossible unless you wanted to tackle 16 flights of stairs. 「Everyone knows about the elevators ! So I won’t complain much about them , But I would say some of the staff was a bit rude , I blew it off most the time but I wish they wouldn’t have the attitudes they had . We had a really good bartender Jameson ! He was fast & got us in & out ! The staff at the Alabama ice Cream shop were also Great ! Got us in & out as well , super friendly! Definitely recommend coming to Laketown Wharf」
