“Perfekt Place!!”

“Since the beginning of my stay I have been calling the management team as well as the financial team to receive receipts for my stay and both entities have been very unhelpful and stopped responding to emails and answering the phone. This has been ongoing for my entire 23-day stay and still has not been resolved. When I arrived to the location, there were many windows left open so the villa had many mosquitos and bugs inside. When the cleaning company came I asked if they can close all windows……

“Our stay in the exclusive suite was fantastic. The property itself is a lovely open plan format with plenty of space. The pool was refreshing after a day surfing and we had lovely evenings sitting out. The area itself is very peaceful, we were mainly surfing in Ericeria during the day but visited Ascendos Dos Mar in the evening which was stunning. Manuel was an incredible host, providing recommendations for meals which were spot on to providing surf forecasts and guidance. Legend.”
