“Room was great. Concierge was helpful. The restaurant was disappointing (missed room service order, without attempt to rectify). Flight landed around 2100, ordered room service around 2300. Waited 45 mins without delivery, called the restaurant only to be told that order wasn't processed and nothing could be done (not even a beer) because kitchen was closed. A little disappointing considering Marriott is supposedly a premium brand.”

“Nice hotel. They offer $20 credit to spending in the restaurant which offers nice harbor view. Free shuttle to hotel from airport, car rental center, bus and subway station. Rooms are clean and tidy. I had better experience staying at this hotel than at Hilton Logan. The only thing is the amenities - they don’t give a fridge for every room, the desk a bit smaller if you need to work in the room, and the gym is a bit basic. ”

“A big convention hotel with a pool and a gym. Housekeeping did not make up my room when i went out from 8 to 2:30p. Had to call Housekeeping. Even then, they missed replenishing a face towel. There is no bathrobe in the room. Front desk staffs were exceptionally friendly and efficient. I was given coupons to Starbucks snd M.J.O'CONNORS, which i used and were very nice. Not a bad hotel to stay.”

“Shower was not hot & water pressure was very weak. Carpet was dirty and overall daily cleaning service was very poor ( except for the couple of days when the room was cleaned by an Asian lady ) . Shower gel was not refilled and it was completely empty on the last night and wasn’t refilled even after we told the concierge twice. Lack of amenities. ”

“Bath room was not so clean, especially the walls around the tub; all the towers were so uncomfortable; But the most unacceptable thing is my room was on the 23rd floor, include "city view" which was more expensive than regular room, but there was a door connected my neighbors's room, which means if I open the door in my room, my neighbor opens his door, two rooms are been connected. Then at the second day of my night there, there were around ten people had a big party in my neighbor, started……
