“I'm a gold rewards member. My room had a few issues.
1. No toiletries (soap, hand cleaner, etc) in the bathroom on arrival. Had to go down to the front desk for it.
2. Door to patio was unable to lock, also the bar was broken.
3. Put food in the refrigerator only to find out it was never turned on prior to our arrival, hence the food spoiled over night.
Evidently, none of this was reported to management. You'd think at $150+/night, these issues wouldn't happen.
