“Nice hotel close to downtown. Had a cornhole and Jenga in the pool area that the kids enjoyed. The table that the Jenga was on had a broken piece on the table that should be replaced. ”

“Saturday nights in Memphis are noisy but other than that, we had a great stay. Front desk was awesome.”

“Great staff, clean and comfortable room. No fridge or microwave in this room. Beautiful building in the heart of Memphis.”

“Perfectly located for the National Civil Rights Museum and not far from restaurants and other venues. But it was noisy at night when people were leaving the restaurant and bar in the hotel and standing around (maybe waiting for the valet?). ”

“All the staff were exceptional and very helpful with our needs. The front desk staff were very nice. And your cookies were to die for. If we ever return to Memphis, we will surely stay there again.”

“It's a lovely hotel located in a good area in Memphis, I was just in and out but I really appreciated the kindness of Chris at the front desk. My only issue was a parking fee that wasn't disclosed to me, however the woman working the next morning amended this, which was appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this property, the old train station atmosphere and lively bar area downstairs is great. I would say if you're squeamish to live music/DJ's or generally a little boring in general, go stay……

“This place felt so unsafe we left and tried to get refund. The master shower was disgusting. It was advertised as a balcony, was a first floor with patio that did not have private gate around and the sliding glass doors were unlocked, along with windows in bedrooms. I would not recommend staying here. ”
