“The Inn was so warm and comforting that it felt like home. It's beautifully decorated and you have access to the common areas where you can enjoy a game of pool, play piano, play a board game or find a nice book to read. The grounds are beautiful with flowers and plenty of seating. The owner Paul was very welcoming and included local snacks and sodas as well as waters in the room which I thought was a nice touch. The breakfast each morning was out of this world! Will definitely stay here again……

“Everything at the Sugar Maple Inn was newly renovated and very clean. The staff was helpful, friendly and accomodating. The food and drink in the lounge were good but pricey. The lounge has a beutiful fireplace but they never lit it up despite staying there on a very cold weekend. ”

“Beautiful location and lodge. Rooms were great. Showers were amazing!! Didn’t know restaurant was closed on Sundays. And therefore there were no other guests at the lodge. Had the whole place to ourselves. ”

“From the moment you walk in you are greeted by a friendly staff who make it clear that you having a good time is their primary purpose. I just had to ask and a microwave was provided for our room. The rooms are bright and comfortable, and each closet comes with a walking stick for hiking on the fabulous trails in the area, a yoga mat and bath towels. Such a treat!”

“Used coffee cups in dining area...no breakfast...owner said that he would compensate for that but there was no one to check us out the next morning with no compensation...shame that an historic inn is falling through the cracks...I definitely would not stay there again...”

“The house was very clean, we came prepared knowing there was no oven- so we utilized the stovetop and the outdoor grill. My only suggestion is to put in the listing that the house is located to the right of the garage. I arrived thinking it was the main house and was wondering why there was no lockbox. We enjoyed the house and its close proximity to downtown- we will definitely consider staying here again!”
