This was one of the most unsanitary hotels I’ve ever stayed in. There were spider webs and bugs throughout the room, which made it clear cleanliness is not a priority here. The food and drinks were also disappointing and did not meet basic expectations.
Customer service was extremely poor. Communication was difficult at the front desk, and getting assistance felt frustrating and unhelpful. On top of that, there were serious electrical issues—my iPhone 17 Pro Max took nearly 9 hours to charge,……
